Refund policy

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at chunkybee@redcanelaco.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
